The mission of WindHarvest Farms is to provide safe quality products and a unique experience for the residents of communities near and far.

2014 Strawberry Festival

Our offerings for the 2015 season will include:
 Asparagus, Rhubarb, Strawberries, Garlic, Sweet corn,  Raspberries, Musk melon,  Pumpkins, Kabocha, Acorn, Spaghetti, and Butternut squash.  We are always trying something new!
All berries will be offered for sale as u-pick or pre-picked.
Please note: we are NOT classified as ORGANIC.  However, we are attempting to be "natural"; limiting our use of pesticides. 
None of the items we offer are considered to be genetically modified. 
It is important to know that HYBRIDS are NOT classified as GMO's (Genetically Modified Organisms).  Lets chat if you have concerns about GMO's.


WindHarvest Farms is located 8.3 miles North of Henry, Nebraska


and 11 miles Northeast of Torrington, Wyoming.
(Both routes are paved to the farm).

All produce, fruit and value-added products will be available to purchase DIRECT from the Farm or Local Farmers Markets. 
When we have items available you can find us at the farm during normal business hours and we will be at the following Farmers Market:
Scottsbuff, NE (Saturdays 8:00-11:00 AM) 
Market is open June through September.
Other sales locations include Hometown Harvest - the Mitchell, NE Food Coop
and Big Hollow Food Coop in Laramie, WY
Triple Crown Commodities Cooperative- an on-line farmers market serving the communities of Laramie, Torrington, Cheyenne and Wheatland, WY

  • Asparagus (April-June)

  • Sweet corn (late July-September)
  • Melons (Late August-September)
  • Raspberries (September until freeze)
  • Pumpkins (September-January)
  • Winter Squash (September-January)
